Description
Suitable for farms, large estates, and townhouse complexes featuring long, continuous wrought-iron fencing. Given the extensive total length, numerous post sections, and varying corrosion levels based on orientation, a systematic on-site execution plan is required.
Upon receiving details regarding total length, layout, post distribution, and site conditions, we divide the fence into distinct work zones and optimize the workflow to minimize efficiency losses caused by moving tools back and forth. The plan analyzes corrosion characteristics based on orientation: sun-exposed areas suffer from UV-induced paint degradation, while low-lying areas near the ground remain damp and prone to rust. We tailor paint selection and film thickness to specific zones and precisely calculate material requirements to minimize waste. The plan incorporates multiple on-site inspection checkpoints—covering rust removal and each coat of paint—and outlines operational constraints for rainy or foggy/humid weather to ensure a uniform appearance and durable corrosion protection across the entire fence.
