Our plan employs distinct sanding techniques for flat sections versus ornate, recessed areas, utilizing compact precision tools that remove rust from tight spots without damaging the original ironwork design. We select high-leveling outdoor paints to minimize paint pooling or sagging in intricate areas. The plan offers two on-site finish styles—solid matte or vintage distressed—and estimates the labor hours required for this detailed work. It also outlines masking techniques to protect surrounding landscaping and provides post-completion maintenance advice to fully preserve the fence’s aesthetic appeal.
